As part of their enterprise pathways initiative, the Trinity Long Room Hub is delighted to invite you and interested colleagues to a discussion on the value of humanities perspectives to the global technology sector.
Rishi Jaitly, Professor of Practice and Distinguished Humanities Fellow at Virginia Tech, CEO of Times Bridge, and senior advisor to OpenAI, will deliver an online contribution and the following panel will share some exciting case studies:
- Dr Marisa Ronan, Global Leadership Development, Microsoft, and inaugural fellow at Virginia Tech’s Institute for Leadership in Technology.
- Dr Martin Clancy, Senior AI Research Fellow at AI:OK, DCU/Insight Centre and Trinity Long Room Hub Policy Fellow.
- Dr Jennifer Edmond, Associate Professor of Digital Humanities at TCD and PI of Knowledge Technologies for Democracy (KT4D).
The discussion will be chaired by Jane Ohlmeyer, Erasmus Smith’s Chair of Modern History, Co-PI of Trinity’s Human+ fellowship programme and PI of VOICES.
